Gates Camp – Spring Cleaning this weekend (5/6)

Prepare the Gates Camp for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver for the summer doing mostly inside work (e.g., dishes through washer, sweeping).  Located near Ward (~45 minutes from Boulder).
When: Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please come help for as long as you can!Gamma Phi’s, family, and friends! A great opportunity for students to earn school community service hours!  Carpool leaving Denver at 8:00 a.m.  Potluck lunch.

Girls on the Run of the Rockies – Building Strong Girls (Philanthropy)

We need 15 DAC members to help Saturday morning, May 13th for the race at Cherry Creek High School at the finish line to pass out water bottles and bananas. Building Strong Girls – Girls on the Run (GOTR) Tutus – We’re done!

We have completed 240 tutus–enough for 12 teams!  Yea!  Thanks to those that helped!  April tutu making sessions are canceled.  If you missed tutu making, 15 volunteers are needed to help at the race on Saturday, May 13th.  RSVP by May 3rd to Leigh Ann Kudloff at lkudloff@comcast.net or 303-986-5073. Join us on Tuesday, March 28th from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. (arrive and leave when you need to) to make 20 butterfly colored tutus at Leigh Ann’s home, 620 Kendall Way, Lakewood. No experience necessary as tulle is folded and wrapped around elastic band. Friends welcome. Tulle or monetary donations welcome. Light refreshments provided. Tutu Making with Theta collegians (Philanthropy)

Join us on Tuesday, February 28th, at 7:00 pm at the Theta Chapter House, 2233 S Josephine St, Denver, so that the collegians can assist us with our goal of making 40 no sew tutus in various shades of pink and white.  No experience necessary as tulle is folded and wrapped around elastic band. It takes 2+ rolls of tulle for each tutu.  Tulle or monetary donations welcome.  RSVP or questions to Leigh Ann Kudloff at lkudloff@comcast.net or 303-986-5073.  I hope you can join us!
