Beta Rho Recruitment Volunteers Needed (CU, Boulder)

9/1 Shift 1: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Shift 2: 2:15 – 9:30 p.m.
9/2 Shift 1: 8 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. Shift 2: 2 – 8 p.m.
9/3 Shift 1: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Shift 2: 2:20 – 6:45 p.m.
9/4 Preference Shift 1: 4:30 – 9 p.m.; Shift 2: 9 – 11:45 p.m.

Theta Recruitment Camp – Volunteer/Help Requested (DU, Denver)

– Theta is looking for volunteers for pref practice on September 8 from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Lunch is provided.
– In a few short weeks, Theta Chapter will begin Recruitment Camp. Because Recruitment Camp falls outside of the University schedule, the Theta Affiliated House Corporation does not provide food. The chapter will provide snacks and some ordered in meals during Recruitment Camp and Recruitment itself. We are soliciting voluntary donations to buy snacks and meals to feed these hungry young women during this time. To do this, please fill in a time and snack type under the day you would like to donate at the website: http://bit.ly/inpersondonation.
Times are: 8/30: 1:30 – 8 p.m.; 8/31: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; 9/2: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.; 9/4: 2 – 9 p.m.; 9/5: 1 – 9 p.m.; 9/6: 9 – 8 p.m.; 9/7: (TBD); 9/8: 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
More: Snack Ideas: Fruit (bananas, apples, grapes, oranges, and cut fruit), trail mix, hummus, cheese sticks, crackers, Goldfish, pretzels, popcorn, bagels, granola bars (Kind Bars, Think Thin Bars), veggies and dip, chips and dip, cookies, candy, cheese and meat platters. Drink Ideas: La Croix, Diet Coke, Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper. Snacks can be dropped off at the chapter house, 2233 S. Josephine Street, Denver. We have approximately 55 women to feed. We appreciate all that you do for Gamma Phi Beta!
